Developing People.
Strengthening Organisations.
Professional training at Level 4 and above, designed to build capability,
support employability and connect learning with workplace priorities.
A Practical Partner for Workforce Development
Developing people is not separate from developing the organisation. When employees gain relevant knowledge, confidence and professional capability, they are better equipped to contribute, adapt and progress.
Cairn College works with employers to identify development priorities and provide professional learning that can be applied in the workplace. Our focus is on Level 4 and higher training for supervisors, managers and other employees whose development can support wider organisational capability.
The learning approach can be discussed around the needs of the workforce and the requirements of the programme
